TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES .
Define and document project scope, objectives, roadmaps, and desired outcomes.
Monitoring the project's overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
Manage the project's budget.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Allocate resources effectively.
Ensuring architectural coherence to the IT organization standards Create project schedules and timelines.
Unblock issues so the team can focus on their duties.
Reporting progress of the project at regular intervals to the sponsors and program steering Committee.
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Evaluate project performance.
What will make you successful in this role? Excellent Communication skills Experience with Atlassian tools Agile methodology, overall, scrum.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in management time and resources Detail-oriented.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Having worked in a pharmaceutical environment is valuable.
