Instantly.Thunes is headquartered in Singapore with regional offices in London, Barcelona, Paris, Beijing, Shanghai, San Francisco, Miami, Dubai, Nairobi, Manila and Hong Kong.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day to day technical support to internal customers (internal end-users)Document, track and monitor users’ problems to ensure swift resolution through common user request management systems (Jira Ticketing, Slack, etc.)Administration of all different platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc..)Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applicationsWork with the team to create process, documentation and aim for global standardization to help streamline and speed up supportEnforce collaboration and shared practices with the rest of the I.T. teamPro-actively monitor the status of office I.T. infrastructure, determine any issues or potential problems and recommend solutionsEnsure I.T. policies are adhered to at all timesProvide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentContribute to global I.T. initiatives with professional knowledge and local insights.Professional Experience/QualificationsProven experience in equivalent role acquired in a fast-paced and international environmentPassion to deliver a world-class customer service experienceExperience with user support process (Jira & Confluence), MDM & Identity Provider Management (JumpCloud)Extended experience in supporting both WinOS and MacOS computers & devicesStrong experience of corporate networking and security practicesMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceFluent in English at professional working levelPackage and BenefitsGreat compensation package, including performance & company bonusPrivate Health insurance for you and your familyLife insuranceMobile allowance Employee wellbeing & support programLearning & Development budgetRelocation package (if needed)Work-life balance (flexibility and hybrid working policy)Great offices in the center of Barcelona (Sagrada Familia)Our team is global, you will work with 40+ different nationalities spread across 5 continents25 days of holidays + 2 Thunes Out Days + 2 Community daysSounds like you?
