Key aspects of the role include:* Delivering the consistently high level of IT support our customers have come to expect.* Managing and deploying a diverse array of IT devices and technologies across our various site types* Dive deeply into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce straightforward issues with Amazon technology products (e.
., services, tools, data solutions, etc.)* Regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams and identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network* You will work on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience.* Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize systems, all with an eye towards enhancing the customer experience.

We provide IT services to all Amazon Operations buildings, from Robotics Fulfilment Centers to Delivery Stations.
