IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across a variety of functions, including ticket management, Office 365 administration, user support, communications and mobile management, and more. You will work closely with different departments, ensuring all IT processes run efficiently and assisting with technical issues.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:IT Ticket Accuracy: Ensure all IT tickets are properly registered and have the correct status. Actively pursue user feedback to resolve tickets and close them effectively.Office 365 Administration: Manage the Office 365 subscription supplier, including creating distribution lists, managing license changes, and other related tasks.SAP Support: Assist users in solving basic technical issues and provide first-level support.Communications and Mobile Management: Manage telecommunications suppliers and mobile lines, including upgrading data, requesting mobile phones, handling roaming issues, troubleshooting, and providing user support.IT Invoice Validation: Register and review IT invoices for internal approval.Mobile Phone Invoice Validation: Ensure mobile phone invoices are correct, meet the terms of the mobile contract, and forward them to the accounts department.Purchase Requests: Handle all IT purchase requests from users, ensuring prior approval and following up on equipment reception. For remote projects, manage the process of shipping the equipment.IT Inventory Management: Register all IT devices in the inventory tool and keep it updated. Oversee IT stock and ensure proper maintenance.REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective support to users.Experience managing telecommunications and mobile services.Good understanding of invoice validation processes.Organizational skills to handle purchase requests and manage IT inventory.
