In this role, you are responsible for designing, implementing, operating and supporting our cloud and on-premises infrastructure (mainly focussing on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory Domain Services), identifying potential optimizations and improving our current processes.Responsibilities:Apply and grow existing functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud offerings and develop to become a technical subject matter expert on both on-premises and cloud systems with focus on Microsoft 365Will support an existing team responsible for Active Directory Domain Services architecture and infrastructure (including troubleshooting of issues, enhancements / upgrades, security hardening, establishing connectivity to peripheral business systems etc.)Ensure that identities in Entra ID are provisioned, protected and monitored ideally and assist with integrations to other SaaS applicationsWork as part of the global third level support team providing timely, customer focused response via the Global Service DeskDefine governance and security measures for M365, keep track of new solutions, technologies and vulnerabilities, and participate / lead projects and improvements in the identifiedProfile:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, information technology or a similar field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience may substitute for a degreeMicrosoft and security certifications are an advantagePrevious experience of AD architecture and infrastructure (Kerberos, LDAP, Directory Replication, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Azure AD Connect, etc.)Previous experience of Entra ID and Azure Premium features and functionalities, including (but not limited to) Defender for Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, App registrations, SCIM provisioning, SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2…) etc.PowerShell ScriptingEnglish (fluent written and verbal) is a pre-requisiteBenefits:Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
