Banking | Technology About Our Client Our client, a globally recognized financial institution, is seeking an experienced IT Test Manager with strong technical expertise to lead the testing strategy within their digital business unit.
This strategic role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and stability of e-banking solutions, maintaining an efficient delivery pipeline while supporting the company’s innovation and agility.

Key Responsibilities ? ? Lead and manage all testing activities within the digital domain, ensuring quality across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
? ? Define and implement a test strategy aligned with the company’s global standards.
? ? Coach and support agile teams in adopting Shift-Left testing methodologies, emphasizing test automation.
? ? Ensure compliance with audit and internal regulatory requirements.
? ? Oversee risks, penetration test findings, and overall release quality.
? ? Participate in key business decisions, including Go/No-Go meetings.
? ? Drive transparency in test reporting and enhance efficiency in continuous deliveries.
Candidate Profile ? Experience.
? 5+ years as a Test Manager in complex technology-driven environments.
? 3+ years working in agile environments (experience with SAFe is a strong plus).
? Proven experience designing test automation strategies across various test levels.
? Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.
., GitLab, Jenkins).
? Experience with test management tools such as JIRA (XRAY is a plus).
? Basic banking knowledge (experience in the financial industry or e-banking solutions is a strong plus).
? Education & Certifications.
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (ISTQB Advanced Test Manager is a plus).
? Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification is a plus.
? Key Skills.
? Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
? Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
? Hands-on approach, with a proactive and leadership-driven attitude.
? High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
? Fluent in English (professional proficiency required).
