Address customer inquiries through phone email and chat providing efficient and solutionoriented support Maintain thorough knowledge of our products especially in audiovisual music and connectivity fields Record and manage all call details in the system delivering timely resolutions within SLAs Collaborate with team members and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service Escalate issues when necessary to senior support ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution What Were Looking For.
Language Proficiency.
C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above) Experience.
At least 1 year in customer service preferably in technical support Technical Skills.
Knowledge of signal connectivity wireless networking music and AV products Customer Focus.
Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs Team Player.
