With labs across the globe, customers on 4 continents, and 1M+ acres of land impacted, Biome Makers has revitalized soil functionality and agricultural sustainability worldwide.We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Junior Customer Success Associate to join the Operations team. In this role, you will handle data entry, provide support to the customer success team, and prepare the packaging and shipments to our clients.Location: Valladolid, Spain (Hybrid)Responsibilities:Client’s metadata management, gathering, editing and uploadingBack-office go-to person for data manipulation in our internal platforms, LIMS and CRMAct as a primary contact between the internal team and the client to ensure all projects for metadata are properly gatheredCustomer Service support to the EU and (USA if required)Respond to customs related inquiriesRespond to customer questions via email, providing accurate and timely informationHelp customers navigate company products and help guide them through technical issuesProcess customer orders from start until end of projectWork closely with other departments (Sales, Product, IT, Data Science)Prepare, package, and ship sample kits as requiredQualifications and Experience1+ years of experience in customer success or customer serviceAttention to detail to ensure accurate data intake, manipulation, and uploadStrong customer relationship skills such as active listening, empathy, problem solving, and follow upAbility to manage simultaneous projects using various platforms, such as CRM, LIMS and HubSpotExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishExcellent usage of MS Office toolsWould be a plus having experience in handling GIS files (shp, kml, etc.) and metadata sets (not necessary)Biome Makers is an ecosystem.
