They are seeking a Junior Data Engineer that will design, develop and maintain database architecture and code initiatives supporting internal and third-party software solutions, delivering excellent products in scope and on time, and meeting current and long-term business needs for the business area. Participate in an agile team of motivated, driven, high-energy engineers, building trust and confidence with team members and business stakeholders.
Tareas
Collaborate with product teams to deliver effective, high-performance solutions in a timely manner
Design scalable data architectures and develop automated data pipelines to streamline processes
Perform queries and SQL statements to explore source data and data problems.
Monitor and tune database performance
Support system enhancements, new product launches, and implementation efforts
Requisitos
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
Between 1 and 2 years of database developer/engineering experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake preferred)
Experience in creating data models for the integration of multiple systems and maintaining stored procedures
Experience with database performance monitoring and tuning
Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS) or other cloud computing platforms
Knowledge of C#, Python or other programming languages
