We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and operational accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in finance while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Prepare and assist in the analysis of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data collection and analysis.• Perform variance analysis to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.• Contribute to maintaining compliance with company financial policies and regulatory standards.• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and efficiencies.• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide financial insights and support.Qualifications:• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic financial modeling and analysis.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and accuracy.• Effective communication and teamwork skills.• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in finance who are eager to build their expertise and contribute to the success of a growing team.Reasons to apply:Change the future of TV!
