We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.
About the role Your tasks will include.
Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
Provide a world-class candidate experience Communicate feedback effectively to applicants Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth In order to be successful in this role, you will be.
Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position.

About you +1 year's of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player.
Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus.
Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (backend, frontend, product manager, product designer, data, mobile...) Native English level, fluent Spanish level, other languages are a plus.
Residence in Madrid / Barcelona (Spain) or willing to relocate Experience working with ATS systems A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations.
