In this role, you will assist in setting up and executing email, SMS, and social media campaigns, as well as creating and managing content to ensure our communications are accurate, engaging, and timely. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist, data analyst, and other stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, improve customer retention, and contribute to our overall marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing and CRM Management:Assist in planning, setting up, and scheduling marketing email and SMS campaigns using tools like Jira and Fasttrack.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Specialist to ensure all campaign details are accurate and thoroughly tested before execution.Ensure all information is accurate and double-check before sending out test emails.Content Creation and Social Media Management:Support the creation and execution of engaging content for email, SMS, and social media campaigns.Assist in developing creative and compelling social media posts to expand audience reach and drive engagement, aligning with our marketing objectives.Campaign Optimization and Analysis:Help assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Help implement automated campaigns for retention and churn prevention using Fasttrack’s capabilities.Collaboration and Strategy Development:Support the Senior Marketing Specialist in devising and executing retention initiatives, including bonus campaigns.Brainstorm creative ideas to expand our automated campaign portfolio and enhance player engagement through personalized communication strategies.Qualifications:Previous experience in email marketing, content creation, or related roles is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Fasttrack, and project management tools like Jira.Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.Knowledge of Dutch or Spanish is an advantage, but not required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.Experience with social media marketing or content creation is a plus.Benefits🌟 Opportunity to work with and learn from a highly skilled, talented team😊 Great company culture with accountability, transparency, and competency💼 Excellent salary and indefinite contract🏖️ Work in a great office right in the heart of Poblenou!🚀 Room for development and own initiative in a welcoming office in Barcelona, Spain🤝 Regular company-wide and team-based get-togethersLocation: BarcelonaReports to: Team Lead Marketing If you're a proactive and creative individual with a passion for marketing and content creation, and excited to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
