JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR - CENTRAL LAB DEPARTMENT

Leading European bioanalytical CRO based in Barcelona (Spain), which provides bioanalytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries worldwide, looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for its Central Lab Department.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate Central Lab projects in the context of clinical trials, which entails, among others o  Coordination of the project, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant project execution; o  Communicating with and meeting the requirements of clients, CROs and clinical sites; o  Overviewing the preparation of kits for clinical trials.Coordinate the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs and clinical sites o  Liaising with courier services; o  Organizing sample shipments; o  Managing queries and the resolution of incidents; o  Obtaining import-export permits, supporting the process of customs clearance, etc.Prepare Central Lab technical documentation (e.g. Lab Manual, Clinical Kits Agreement, Clinics forms, etc.).Provide training to the sites (preparation of slides and on-line training sessions).Manage orders and suppliers, including placing and following-up orders, receiving and reviewing content of orders, etc.Participate in the department general duties and organization (e.g. update SOPs, forms and templates).REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree or Professional Training in Life Sciences. Master in Clinical Trial Monitoring will be valued.Organised & methodical, while active & decisive person.Capacity to coordinate & execute projects.Excellent level of English.Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and Word. OTHER REQUIRED SKILLSStrong communication and organizational skills, and capacity to work in teams.Proactive and hands-on approach.High level of motivation and enthusiastic personality. WHAT IS OFFEREDOpportunity to work and contribute to the success of an expanding CRO.Growing division & team, with bright outlook and career opportunities.International and multicultural environment in company based in BarcelonaDiligent, professional organization, with a human touch.
