The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet both client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities.
Project Management.
Lead and manage engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Design and Development.
Oversee the design and development of custom-engineered solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Technical Expertise.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.
Client Interaction.
Serve as key contact for Sales team and also clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.
Documentation and Reporting.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet Venair’s stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.
