Managing and optimizing the client database within the Italian territory.
Providing back-office support to the Key Account Manager (KAM).
Assisting with marketplace activities.
Traveling to meet clients and attend trade shows.
Manage accounts in other assigned European countries:
Managing and optimizing the assigned client database within the assigned EU territories.
Increasing the client database in the assigned areas.
Achieving growth and sales objectives.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports.
Traveling abroad to meet clients and attend trade shows.
Minimum requirements Requirements:
Previous experience in sales.
A candidate who excels in teamwork and demonstrates strong capability in independently managing responsibilities.
Client-focused with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
Great listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Passionate about the cosmetics industry.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish or additional languages are considered a plus).
