JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER

POSITION: SITE ENGINEERJOB DESCRIPTION: ARANER is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven proffesional to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide our clients with the quality service expected from ARANER.A previous knowledge of EPC Industrial Projects and/or the Industrial Refrigeration sector, with a background in Mechanical and/or Electromechanical Engineering, is essential for success in this role. The projects are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in engineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Solid analytical and critical thinking ability – using logic and reasoning to plan resources, identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsAbility to work under pressure and strict deadlinesGood interpersonal and communication skillsMulti-tasking, self-motivated and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to workUnderstanding of refrigeration basic principles and maintenance proceduresPrevious experience in Site Supervision or O&M DepartmentsGood communication and negotiation skillsGood organizational skillsSelf-learning & self-motivationRESPONSIBILITIES:The successful candidate will closely work with the stakeholders having the following responsibilities:Commissioning and start-up of different industrial equipment, refrigerant plants and installationsOperation and maintenance of industrial installationsElaborate documentation related to the project / service assisted by the engineer in charge of the projectIndustrial equipment selectionAnalysis of the different problems related to the operation of the plants in service, as well as making proposals for technical and economical enhancementTroubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of the damaged equipmentTechnical assessment of industrial plants which are currently in serviceVisits to suppliers, sub-contractors as well as meeting with the client. In contact and empathic with the different stakeholdersSupervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when neededManage project documentation (drawings, datasheets, plans, certificates, Quotations, proposal, receipts, invoices, etc.)Collaborate with procurement, suppliers & vendors during proposal/ bid/ quote stage to ensure a competitive and cost-effective solution is proposedKeep up to date about the knowledge of different materials, suppliers, etc.WHAT ARANER OFFERS YOU:Carrying out services in many stable projectsCareer planContinuous learning and Training on the JobYoung and dynamic multicultural and international environment
