As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruitment process for a range of roles, including customer care, training, and quality positions, as well as recruiting our Telemarketing Agents for the Italian market.
You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic and supportive Talent Acquisition team committed to attracting top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Your responsibilities.
Manage job postings on various platforms and job boards to ensure maximum visibility and attract top talent; Identify and propose innovative and relevant recruitment channels to source qualified candidates; Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate basic skills, motivation, and alignment with the role; Act as a true business partner with Hiring Managers, supporting them throughout the entire process, from defining precise needs to final deliberations.
Your profile.
You speak Spanish, English   and Italian  (French is a plus).
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
You are autonomous, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are curious, proactive, and eager to fully integrate into the TA team.
