 Role Overview.
 • Participate in discussions and decisions on architecture and software development • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements together with the other team members.
• Work on new features and improvements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the team ceremonies and ensure that good code practices are applied.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure everything works well before releasing the code to production.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
  Key Requirements.
 • At least 7 years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience in Airflow.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Good practices • Considered a Plus.
• Experience in Azure.
• Experience in Python.
• Good communication • Interest in learning new tools, languages, and workflows.
• English level.
B2 or higher - written, listened, and spoken.
• Strong communication skills.
weâre looking for someone who can discuss technical challenges, create and review proposals, and speak up when encountering issues or roadblocks that may compromise project delivery timelines.
