🔊We’re looking for Link Building Marketing ManagerFast-growing company Discover Cars seeks a Link Building Marketing Manager who will join our Growth Team. Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Link Building Team to ensure the successful execution of our link-building strategies.Develop and implement link-building strategies that align with our overall SEO goals.Monitor and analyze link-building performance to ensure OKRs are met.Collaborate with the SEO team to identify opportunities for high-quality backlinks.Coordinate the focus of relationships with travel bloggers, influencers, and other relevant partners.Oversee the acquisition of high-quality backlinks to improve domain rating and search engine rankings.Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in link building and SEO.Report on link-building activities, progress, and results to senior management.Requirements:Proven experience in link-building, influencer marketing, outreach, and SEO.Strong people management skills with experience leading a team.Excellent analytical skills and experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs.Ability to develop and execute effective link-building strategies.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of current SEO best practices and algorithm updates.Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.In return, we offer the following:🤝🏼In-house fully paid introduction training💶Monthly gross salary: €2500 – €3200🧘🏻8 hours a month paid self-development time🎉Team buildings, company-wide events & celebrations🩺Company paid health insurance after a successful probation period🎯Company paid training to increase qualification and skill🎮Inspiring work environment with a friendly atmosphere, game room, and relaxing area🍉Weekly snacks on Tuesdays and Thursdays🌍Work in a multicultural team of professionals🏢Excellent working conditions in a modern, well-maintained office, located 10 minutes from Riga centerWhat does our people say about us in August 2023:😊The place is established by Latvians and yet welcomes a tremendous amount of cultures and people.
