For more information: mn8energy.com.As the Logistic & Inventory Sr. Analyst, you will:Lead strategic RFP for the company logistics needs.Coordinate multimodal transport to maximize efficiencyMonitor the entire manufacturing process of the main components.Manage daily records for invoices and shipments of equipment.Work with different stakeholders to align logistics activities with business goal.Design and implement an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory controls.Document daily shipment and deliveries.Create detailed reports for stakeholders.Evaluate inventory age to control warranties and ensure stock is rotating in the proper order.Set up and track shipments.Be responsible for proper team engagement and reporting to Contracts Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Project Management.Be responsible for implementing best practices and control systems at the project level including Risk Management, Change Orders, Contract Management, Support Equipment deployment, Stakeholder Management, Cost & Schedule Management, Quality Management, and Document Management.Our Ideal candidate will have: 3+ years’ experience of Logistics & Inventory & Expediting Control/Project Management.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces.Problem solving skills to anticipate problems before they happen and handle them appropriately.Experience with timelines and material delivery.Collaborative & adaptable: Self-driven & proactive.Demonstration of learning from lessons (Learner Mindset): Visible Safety Leadership; Cost Leadership; and Client Focus.Willingness to travel although not anticipated as needed for day-to-day operation.Bachelor’s degree.How we set you up for Success:At AIRS, an affiliate of MN8 Energy LLC, we cultivate a culture of equity, through transparency and accessibility, where everyone thrives.
