We are a multicultural and international team, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our mission.ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Logistics & Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage receiving of goodsFulfil orders from all sales channels and track deliveriesManage warehouse operations, incl. (re)packing of componentsSolve escalations/issues with carriersAnalyze fulfilment of deliveries and costs, track and forecast stock levelsREQUIRED SKILLS Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Google Workplace.Physical ability to handle heavy and bulky goods (solar panels, packages).Capability to handle an electric forklift and manage a warehouse orderlyCleanliness, fast execution of tasks, total customer orientationAble to manage external vendors like transport and shipment companies and back officesStructured and disciplined work habits, fast and analytical thinker, very attentive to detail2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordinationFluent in English, proficient in Spanish; Portuguese, German, French or Italian is a big plusAll employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain.
