About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Logistics & Production Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in managing global supply chain operations. This role directly supports the Logistics Manager to ensure seamless international and domestic shipments, as well as smooth production processes with our suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in handling international shipments entering the US and Spain, as well as imports and exports with multiple countries.Coordinate with local warehouses and shipping companies for US domestic and EU shipments.Oversee inventory management for 150+ SKUs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Maintain and improve scheduling systems to meet tight deadlines.Communicate and coordinate with European suppliers to ensure timely execution of production plans.Monitor documentation, sample approvals, production timelines, and delivery schedules to align with project requirements.Source and vet new suppliers across various countries to enhance production capabilities and cost-efficiency.QualificationsLanguage Skills: Fluent in English (required); Fluent in Spanish (preferred).Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in logistics, production, or related fields (particularly in start-ups).
