Responsibilities Join the WINNING TEAM at IGT Global! IGT is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician in Mankato, MN.
The Lottery Field Services Technician is responsible for servicing IGT equipment at retailer (customer) locations and will be part of our award-winning lottery services organization.
As a Lottery Field Service Technician II at IGT, you will have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing IGT equipment at Retailer locations.
Our company is dedicated to delivering flawless lottery experiences to customers, and you will be at the forefront of this mission.
In this role, you will be responsible for.
Transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
Please attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
Maintaining equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
We are troubleshooting to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field.
This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning it, and making minor adjustments to the malfunctioning component.
They communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers, ensuring that all activity, arrival, departure times and problems are accurately reported.
Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc., and track inventory of these items.
We deliver essential training to new retailers or refresher/remedial training to retailers who need to perform procedures correctly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
She is completing primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for procedure improvements.

Physical Requirements.
Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds for a significant distance (e.
., from a parked vehicle to a point within the Retailer's location or to the rooftop of the retailer's location).
Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time, demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and work with moving parts and electrical current.
May work at heights (rooftop) for installation of equipment, work in close quarters and/or; be exposed to inclement weather during some installations.
