Description: Your main superpower is offering extremely good customer service via different communication channels. You are at the frontline of our company handling various customer queries as mentioned below. So, as you can imagine we are looking for high-quality brand ambassadors.  A glimpse of the tasks:Act as second-line support for our first-line Sales Advisors, guiding the customers through their Lynk & Co journey.Manage several specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment process, clam management, GDPR, etc.Act as a liaison between several internal and external stakeholders.Engage in problem-solving and process improvement.And a few other fun tasks as they come up (okay, maybe more than a few but that's the fun part of a growing company!) Requirements: At least 6 months of experience working as a customer service agent or similar jobA GREAT service (and sales!) mindset.A secondary-level education or higher.Good computer skills.You are a (near-)native speaker in Dutch.A very good command of the English language. Ping pong skills appreciated but not mandatory.Living in/around Barcelona or willing to move to this area.Availability to incorporate on December 9th.Having the required documentation to work in Spain. Offer: Working hours: Opening time Monday to Friday 8h to 17:30h with shifts of 8 hoursSalary: 26.000 - 27.000 € gross per yearContract: 9 months with Randstad + possibility of permanent contractWorking area: Barcelona (well connected by public transport)Possibility of hybrid work (after the first 3 months)Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 6 countries.
