M365 office specialist JOB PURPOSE As M365office specialist, you will be responsible of making the most of our M365 tools.
You willconstantly analyse and improve the way the digital workplace teams is providing servicesto final users.
Your rolewill involve setting processes between the different digital workplace area(Identity,Tenantadmin, workstation management, ITSM, Printing) as well as identify improvementstomaximize value brought to our employees, optimizing costs.
An advice role isalsorequiredon what other M365 solution (such as Copilot) could bring value KEYRESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES ► Process standardization.
●Implement processes between the different digital workplace domains.
● Work onstandardization of those processes.
► KPI.
● Defineand measure KPI on Digital Workplace scope ● Organizemonthly governance to review KPIs ► Process optimization ● Identifyfor the digital workplace teams what manual tasks are consuming time ● Work onsupport ticket number decrease by setting new actions (training, communication,documentation) ●Implement automatizations identified ► Documentation.
generate, validate and update documentation prepared during the service.
► Pilotageof managed services.
organize and manage the L1, L2 and L3 support team tooptimize ticket resolution.
► Act as aconsulting advisor on how the usage of current and other M365 tools (like Copilot) SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS ■ English is the program language (oral& written), Spanish is a plus.
■ Strong experience with SOTI MobiControl or similarmobile device management platforms.
■ Knowledge of configuring and managing 3Dworkstations and performance optimization for graphic-intensive applications.

■Expertise in M365 technologies ■Experience in similar projects to implement new processes in Digital workplace environment ■ Strongcapabilities to identity optimization and implement them ■ Skillsin project management ■ Strongtroubleshooting skills, particularly with user access and authenticationissues.
■Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with bothtechnical and non-technical users.
■ Strongorganizational and time-management skills to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
■ Abilityto work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
■ Remotework policy.
3 days on site/ 2 days remote WE OFFER.
