Jump in and join the ride!   The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and collaborating closely with the Engineering Team to ensure optimal equipment performance and production flow.
The role involves organizing and overseeing the workflow of the maintenance team, setting performance targets, coaching and developing team members, and working cross-functionally to minimize production bottlenecks and maintain high levels of stability and cost control.
What will you do.
Team Organization and Task Management.
Organize the daily workflow of the maintenance team, ensuring that each team member understands their duties and tasks.
Ensure that all technicians have the necessary tools, resources, and prerequisites to perform their jobs effectively.
Communicate job expectations clearly and provide necessary instructions to team members.
Oversee all aspects of people planning and management, including short and long-term resource planning, holiday scheduling, and sickness management.
Mentorship and Devolopment.
Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standards.
Provide regular coaching, constructive feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
Address performance issues promptly and develop action plans to improve individual and team outcomes.
Serve as the primary coach and trainer for the team leader, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their leadership skills.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work proactively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to understand the impact of maintenance activities on the production flow.
Focus on identifying and reducing bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a stable, efficient, and cost-effective production process.
Your profile.
Background in Electrical & Mechanical Hardware Engineering (EMHE), Universtiy Degree or hands-on experience.
3years (or more) experience within team management (Prefer good experience in final assembly production processes).
Good leadership and teamwork awareness.
Fluent in English, oral and written.

Monthly gross salary for this position starting from EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
