Jessie Arnold   Position Description.
·          This Maintenance Team Leader position will be responsible for supervising the maintenance technicians on 2nd shift, delegating activities, developing training plans for all 2nd shift technicians, cross shift coordination, coordinating maintenance activities with production, distribution of tasks, and record keeping which includes time and attendance.
Major Job responsibilities.
·          The TL major responsibility will be supporting production through coordination of direct report activities to maximize uptime on equipment ·          Coordinating maintenance activities alongside the production team ·          Developing training plans for direct reports ·          Cross shift coordination of maintenance activities ·          Team Supervisor and processing required employee documentation to fulfill all shift requirements ·          Planning, distributing, and follow up of associated WO & PM tasks for all assigned equipment activities ·          Assist with Maintaining machinery including hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems ·          Provide key support to maintain working inventories of consumables/parts including ordering assistance ·          Manage and distribute PM activities as needed ·          Work with direct reports to electronically enter WO/PM activities in the established systems ·          Documenting all activities on the shift ·          Effectively communicate equipment repairs that extend beyond the shift to the maintenance and production organizations ·          Escalate and communicate all necessary maintenance activities that were uncovered during the PM tasks ·          Interface with Operations, Reliability Engineer, Mfg.
Eng., and other team members by providing technical solutions ·          Basic equipment operating skills is desired for all of the Industrial equipment in the facility Key competencies.

Leadership, Team Player, Planning & Organizing, Judgment/Decision Making, Communication, Project Management, and self-motivated work ethic ·          Demonstrated team and leadership skills through related equipment activities ·          Welding and hands on fabricating experience is a plus ·          Powered Industrial Vehicle certification is a plus ·          Experience with a broad range of industrial equipment including brazing, sheet metal processing, testing, handling devices ·          Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic experience and troubleshooting is required ·          PLC and automated control system experience is a plus (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Parker CTC, Durant, Panel View Plus) ·          Robotic systems and experience is a plus (Adept, Motoman) ·          Proficiency with Computer Systems is a plus including DataStream 7i, Microsoft Office, and Work Brain Education/Experience.
·          High School Diploma or GED Required ·          3 - 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience required including LOTO training and experience ·          College course work completion including an AA degree in technical field of study is a plus.
