Our talent has led us to be one of the top 6 technology companies in the world.We are looking for an experienced Production Planning advisory Consultant to lead implementation and optimization projects in the Production Planning and Manufacturing area. The candidate should ideally have in-depth knowledge of both business processes and SAP solutions and be capable of leading technical and functional teams. Experience in implementing end-to-end solutions in S4HANA environments will be highly valued. If you have a strategic mindset and a high ability to generate expertise in your area, this opportunity is for you.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience working with SAP PP (Production Planning) in manufacturing environments.Experience in SAP PP implementation projects. Experience in S4HANA implementations and knowledge of its Fiori Apps is desirable.Advanced knowledge of business processes related to production planning, including:Sales and operations planningDemand planning in with MTS and MTO scenarios (variant configuration knowledge is desirable)Material requirements planning (MRP)Capacity planning and production schedulingDiscrete, Process & Repetitive ManufacturingAbility to analyze and transform business processes into efficient and scalable SAP solutions.Sectorial knowledge, including Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PP to meet specific business requirements. PP Certifications are desirable, but not a must.Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex technical topics related to SAP PP, including performance optimization and system enhancements.Extensive knowledge of SAP PP integration with MES solutions and other SAP modules such as CO-PC, MM, WM and QM. Direct experience in any of these modules will be valued.Knowledge of PP integration with PPDS is desirable, and direct experience in this module will be highly valued.Experience or knowledge in SAP Digital Manufacturing will also be valued.Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, system design, testing, training, go-live, and support.Experience in conducting workshops and leading discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Experience in multinational environments is preferred.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Proactive attitude, committed to constant learning and the development of innovative solutions.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, developers, and other consultants.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Responsibilities:Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams during the analysis, design, and implementation phases of SAP Production Planning projects.Manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.Leadership attitude to guide teams, train new members, and foster professional growth within its functional area.Take responsibility for the knowledge management process, and train internal teams and clients in SAP PP usage.Ensure continuous improvement in production planning processes by leveraging SAP solutions to optimize material planning, production scheduling, and resource management.Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand production planning needs and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.Other:Willingness to travel according to project requirements.If you are an expert in SAP PP with a strategic vision and are eager to tackle complex challenges in large-scale projects, we want to meet you.Join our team and take your career to the next level!At NTT DATA Europe & LATAM we believe that every person is unique and we are committed to an inclusive culture that recognises and values diversity.We work every day to create an environment where we can explore, live and enhance our own uniqueness.#WeAreAllUnique #YouMakeUsUnique
