As a member of our team, this candidate will be responsible for managing, diagnosing, investigating, and resolving client's workflows; monitoring key batches that are processed 24x7.
Managed Services Operations Analyst will work with Implementation Managers, Consultants, product developers and support teams across all our regions, EMEA, Asia, and Americas; and market segments, including banks and brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers and pension plans.
Currently, the Managed Service Operations group is present in the following locations.
Monterrey, Manila and Mumbai.
Your Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate should therefore be attracted to work in a global team and have acquired strong technical skills with a basic knowledge of financial risk management methods.
The candidate should also be productive and creative with an ability to thrive in a global organization.
• Coordinate effectively with individuals/teams within the organization to ensure high quality and timely resolution of client requests/issues especially issues regarding system issues and processing delays to facilitate timely notifications.
• Resolve issues for managed systems within SLA.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email and ticket tracking system.
• Monitor alerts and status of servers, jobs execution in Unix/Linux and Windows environment.
• Liaison/Training with backup teams in other geographical locations to provide continuity of service in the event of local issues.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel • Must have a bachelor's degree with focus in Computer Science, IT or engineering • At least 1 year experience in operations support in Finance or related industry • Good communication skills, fluent English, written and oral, is a must • Must have strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays • Experience in monitoring end to end workflow systems • Experience with XML, Linux/Unix, Python, Autosys, Airflow and/or version control(Git).
