Intake: February 2025 onwards MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES ? Handle reservation inquiries, manage bookings, modify reservations, and oversee room availability. ? Perform front desk tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, processing payments, and issuing room keys. ? Assign rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and special requests. ? Ensure guest safety and security by following established procedures. ? Participate in training programs to enhance skills in guest service, communication, and problem-solving. PROGRAM BENEFITS ?
