Job Summary： The Manufacturing Engineer Technician performs daily support tasks needed by production.
This could include set-up, adjustments, and daily follow-up of Manufacturing Engineer project tasks.
They create, or find and evaluate, better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products, which involves techniques, processes, and procedures.
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician’s main goal, in all of the manufacturing phases, is the same.
continuous improvement of product quality through leaner concepts and activities.
Where is the work.
This position has been designated as On-Site.
What you will do.
Aid in the development of manufacturing process concepts for HVAC coil manufacturing.
Manage objectives and tasks as assigned.
Trouble shoot processing machines.
Compile and analyze statistical process control data.
Aid in the design and purchase process gauging.
Assist onsite contractor.
Support the development and maintenance of process documentation.
Support asset care and reliability programs.
Aid in the implementation of projects.
Investigate quality / manufacturing process concerns and aid in finding solutions.
Investigate improvements to existing equipment and hardware to improve quality and performance processes.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Support MDI team and process of problem solving and continuous improvement.
What you will bring.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing.

Ability to travel as needed for job assignments.

Compensation.
Base Pay Range.
$    Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
