MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING ENGINEER

To perform the manufacturing engineering function for special projects, production lines, cost reduction, and continuous improvement thru analytical approach.
• Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Recommends and implements improvements to processes, methods and controls and product design.
Ensure safe working practices are designed into all processes.
• The individual will lead to develop electrical and controls system design solution based on lean principles.
Key Performance.
New installation and modification of assembly equipment on time with product capability.
Development of the machine and equipments.
Desgin the production based on the customer demands.
APQP documentation to AIAG standards in the production.
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for productivity improvement.
Troubleshoot problems encountered within current processes, equipment and operations.
Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety.
Develop and update manufacturing system’s core documents (process flow, PFMEA and preliminary control plan, work instruction) Establish and improve standardized work using cycle time table Manage installation, debugging and trial work for new launching project Review and ensure newly purchasing equipment to meet the design specification, process capability and safety requirement Plan and implement productivity improvement for cost reduction Participate safety work team and make an effort to improve safety issues in plant and responsible for complying with safety rules and procedures Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety.
