Accountabilities.
Market Research and Analysis.
Conduct market research to identify barriers and opportunities for market access.
Analyze healthcare policies, pricing regulations, and reimbursement landscapes.
Stakeholder Engagement.
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulators, and payers.
Participate in meetings and presentations to present data and insights.
Strategy Development Contribute to the development of market access strategies for new and existing therapies.
Support the preparation of value dossiers, health economic models, and submissions to health authorities.
Data Management and Reporting.
Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of market access data.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all market access activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution of market access strategies.
Support internal communication and training initiatives related to market access.
Qualifications.
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical industry and market access.
