En la función de Marketing & Sales Indirect Business Develoment Specialist - J&J MedTech Endo & Energy debe tener un perfil con una visión nacional, estratégica y de creación/adaptación de los planes de Marketing & Ventas anuales para el canal indirecto en los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
Sera responsable de principio a fin de proyectos específicos que impacten a todo el canal indirecto de J&J Medtech Surgery España.
Key Responsibilities.
Producto.
la nueva figura ha de formarse en producto y procesos para lograr un conocimiento profundo de las áreas más críticas para el canal y por lo tanto de los productos más importantes, ej.
lanzamientos.
La gestión de líneas de negocio y su integración en el canal indirecto.
Marketing.
Ha de ser un nexo con los departamentos de marketing de cada división, con el objetivo de poder colaborar dando la visión del canal indirecto en la creación de eventos / cursos / formaciones / lanzamientos/ congresos.
Esta labor es crítica de cara a lograr crear eventos específicos para el canal indirecto, y a la par lograr mayor agilidad en adaptarnos para aprovechar mejor cualquier actividad generada por marketing nacional (ej.
STS) Dar luz a MKT de los KOls y hospitales importantes que actualmente están en zona de nuestros TPis, colaborar en las estrategias de identificar y desarrollar eventos con ellos e incluirlos en los creados a nivel nacional.
Comunicación.
Desarrollar un canal de comunicación especifico con los TPIs y su red de ventas, compartiendo con ellos información de productos, actualizaciones del canal indirecto, lanzamientos, formaciones específicas.
Buscamos incrementar el sentido de pertenencia de todos nuestros colaboradores indirectos a ETHICON.
Crear con ello una red colaborativa entre los TPIs donde compartamos casos de éxito, estrategias de crecimiento, etc...
Formación.
Coordinar el proyecto academia TPis para generar un estándar de conocimiento y buenas prácticas de venta en el canal indirecto.
Qualifications Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or biomedical Fluent English and Spanish Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking, results oriented, teamwork and collaboration, integrity.
Strong problem solving organizational and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure and lead projects.
