A Swiss company launched in October 2011, Hosco is designed to improve how hospitality talents, employers, and schools meet and interact globally.The Role:We seek a proactive, creative, and positive Marketing and Customer Support Intern to help us grow and improve our marketing initiatives across multiple channels (social media, customer support, etc.). You will assist with key day-to-day activities, maximizing job performance and ensuring a smooth experience for our users. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas and work in a supportive, international team.Responsibilities:Social Media: Assist with planning and executing campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn, including content creation and publishing posts according to the social media calendar.Customer Support: Manage customer support channels and resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally.Campaigns and Performance: Support the marketing team in maximizing job performance and other functional aspects of day-to-day activities. Conduct research, troubleshoot keywords, and analyze data to improve campaigns and processes.Metrics: Keep track of performance metrics across different channels, mainly social media.Video Editing: Edit short videos and images for social media with support from the team, following established templates.Content Support: Assist with coordinating the publication of blog content for both B2C and B2B platforms, ensuring all necessary materials are ready and uploaded in a timely manner. Support translation coordination when needed.Requirements:Fluent in English, and either French or Italian.Able to sign an internship agreement for 6 months.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.You are creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box.A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to take ownership of tasks.Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.What We Offer:A vibrant international team based in our central Barcelona office, with hybrid working options.A supportive environment with opportunities for growth in a company with a global reputation.The opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup and the hospitality industry.If you are ready to join a dynamic team and help make hospitality an exciting journey for our users, we’d love to hear from you!
