Today, we have 79 production centres on four continents that directly employ more than 20,000 people.Joining our Digital Transformation Team, we are starting the search for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with designers, developers, and project managers this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform. will participate in the core data models and endpoints definition for online products such as PIM, 3D planners, webs, B2B and B2C.Key tasks:Defines product strategy addressing client needs via research, and internal and external stakeholders.Propose investment and prioritization activities, including business case creation.Work with internal and external partners to deliver solutions and plan for launches.Responsible for implementing marketing tools, including segmentation, web campaigns, e-commerce and offline businesses.Maintain Marketing Automation integration with ecosystem (CRM, B2C, ERP) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation softwareUnderstand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve continuously.Plan and implement A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growthSupport essential marketing operations initiatives in SAP eMarsys or Marketo such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.RequirementsBachelor in Information technology or similar.Master in digital transformation, online marketing or similar.5+ years of relevant Product, Strategy or Consulting experience within web/e-commerceand/or marketing automation experience.Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.Strong working knowledge of Emarsys (preferred), marketo or Salesforce.Experience with Lead Cycle Models and dynamic landing/content to customer information.Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.Strong independent project management skills.Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.Advanced English level.OfferPermanent roleCareer development and learning pathHybrid home-office role. 2 homeoffice days per weekOffices in GavaWorking hours: 8:00/9:00 to 17:00/18:00.
