As a Marketing Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to join our Marketing Operations team and play a pivotal role in delivering flawless marketing initiatives that will continue to captivate our 200 million players.
Your role within the Kingdom As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our Consumer Marketing Strategy & Operations team.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the planning, coordination, and alignment of multiple large and complex marketing projects.
By successfully implementing your strategic vision, you will ensure that our 50-strong marketing team is set up for success in delivering exceptional experiences to our players.
Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the pipeline of incoming marketing requests across all business areas.
Plan the overall program of marketing projects to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of risks and issues, addressing them promptly when needed.
Encourage active involvement and collaboration by effectively communicating, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts with relevant parties.
Own the overall program process, governance, dependency management, and continuous improvement to maintain a cohesive program flow.
Spin up new projects by setting delivery expectations, scoping work, and identifying working groups.

Strong experience as a project or program manager within a digital-first marketing team.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Strong background in marketing operations, with a focus on enablement, process, governance, and continuous improvement.
Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade individuals at various levels within the organization.
Adept at managing differing expectations and challenging thinking when needed.
Proven track record of embracing a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
