About H2SITE H2SITE is a company that believes in European reindustrialization, created after 15 years of R&D with leading European research entities to develop cutting-edge technology.We have built a unique membrane factory in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide a solution to the problem of hydrogen transport.For our development, we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and first-rate international investors.We have developed a membrane reactor technology for on-site hydrogen separation and production from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, synthesis gas from waste....MISSION:As a Marketing Specialist, you will be the responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, by creating advertising campaigns and pricing strategies, with the aim of enhancing the visibility and sales of the company through techniques that seek to reach the desired target audience. FUNCTIONS:Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve results, creation of report.Management of marketing qualified leads and sales qualified lead in HubSpot. Develop marketing content, including emails, brochure, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines are of high quality. Coordinate with external agencies for content production, social media management, and other marketing activities. Ensure all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines. Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events. Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion (brochure, stand, gadget).Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and proposing improvements. WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEEDProfessional training: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Other desirable education: Master in Digital Marketing.Professional Experience:3+ years of experience in similar positions. Experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries. Proven experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns, marketing qualified lead and sales qualified lead. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear and understandable reports. WordPress websites management and optimization. Experience in managing external agencies and coordinating complex projects. Skills in events organization and logistics management. Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong attention to detail and quality of work. Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
