Job Summary At Tetra Pak Iberia we are now looking for a Marketing Specialist.
This could be a big opportunity to be a member of the Marketing & Product Management organisation.
As a Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to develop the strategy on the market and provide support for key customers in the relevant categories according to the strategy.
You will have the responsibility to lead the approach to categories development by identifying category opportunities within the framework of customers, segments, channels and business intelligence, to enable Tetra Pak to achieve growth and market share ambitions.
This is a permanent position based in Arganda del Rey – Spain.
What you will do   Analyze and understand relevant market trends and dynamics, sharing them with both customers and internal stakeholders like commercial, technical service and processing teams Develop segmentation/positioning tools and models that can be used to highlight opportunities for customers Work with relevant customers of the Category to ensure a constant flow of information and exposure to innovation Identify trends, opportunities and action plans; identify, collect and communicate best practices and successful business cases that have secured new opportunities and business for customers and for Tetra Pak Deliver high impact & insightful presentations to internal audience and key customer meetings Contribute and take responsibility of specific activities within the team.
We believe you have   Not less than 5 years of experience within Marketing/Product Management in food FMCG, with proven marketing knowledge.
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing Fluent in Spanish at native speaker level  Fluent both in written and spoken English, Portuguese is nice to have You have excellent presentation and communication skills and are comfortable in working in an international environment together with other stakeholders, by demonstrating strong informal authority abilities.
Your strong negotiation skills together with flexibility and open mind will support you to drive decisions effectively.
Your focus is to maximize the profit of the company thanks to your strong business understanding and customer orientation.
Furthermore are you analytical, systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
