MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced e-marketing specialist to join our on-site team in Barcelona. Your job will be to develop and implement engagement strategies for all customer touch points, with a focus on acquiring and retaining customers.This role is pivotal in deepening customer engagement, optimising digital communication strategies, and leveraging customer data to drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital campaign management and administering CRM and communications systems – in particular, HubSpot and Zendesk.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing and lead generation strategies across all performance marketing channels.Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).Design and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and ongoing optimisation.Develop channels for customer acquisition, propose and implement new ideas to grow our brand footprint and engage with target audiences.Develop creative strategies to increase visibility in the fintech space, including securing placements on review platforms (e.g. Capterra, G2, Trustpilot).Enhance website and content visibility through SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure CRM and e-marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.Lead collaborative efforts to integrate CRM and e-marketing insights into broader marketing strategies.Monitor competitor campaigns and activitiesCreate regular reports and analyse ROI to optimise campaigns at all stages of the customer cycle, from discovery to renewal.Key attributes we’re looking for include:5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS organisation.You have a track record of designing and building CRM workflows with particular emphasis on end-to-end orchestration of CRM systems, including Intercom and preferably HubSpot or similar.You possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with a broad spectrum of digital marketing platforms and tools.You are experienced in developing content strategies and working with creative teams to develop marketing collateral including presentations, promo videos, walk-throughs, and tutorials.You’re driven, decisive and analytical.You’re an excellent communicator.You’re proactive when it comes to reaching out to others even when working remotely.You thrive with a significant level of autonomy.
