Your main mission will be to plan and organize corporate events of the Zitro Community, manage the media plan, and more. Key responsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating, and managing all the company’s internal events of the Zitro Community from scratch, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth organization. We organize events in all Zitro offices around the world (travel is not required) from Saint Patrick’s Day to a Food Donation. Managing the media plan and delivering all the advertising banners (online and printed). For this you will collaborate directly with the Design Team on the different marketing pieces.Supporting the preparation of all external fairs and events where Zitro is present.Managing all promotional materials, including sourcing suppliers, receiving samples, maintaining inventory, etc.You will be responsible for managing the repository used by the sales team, ensuring that all materials are always available, well-organized, and up-to-date on the servers.Supporting the Marketing Team with all the department logistics, presentations, expenses, among others.
