Main Responsibilities Plantear y supervisar tácticas de SEO on-page y off-page, incluyendo la optimización de palabras clave, meta descripciones, tags y backlinks Proponer auditorías, optimizar el contenido existente y desarrollar nuevas estrategias de contenido para mejorar el ranking en los motores de búsqueda y la atracción de usuarios Crear, planificar y gestionar campañas de marketing digital orientadas a la generación de leads conversión de usuarios Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a través de análisis de mercado, investigación de audiencia y evaluación de canales de adquisición Elaborar informes periódicos con análisis detallado y propuestas de acción basadas en los datos recopilados y métricas clave de cada proyecto (KPI) Core Skills/experience Al menos 2/3 años de experiencia en marketing online Experiencia en gestión de proyectos e implementación de estrategias SEO en artículos y blogs Dominio de SEMrush Experiencia en la gestión y comunicación con agencias Experiencia en la gestión y ejecución de campañas de marketing digital a través de plataformas de email marketing y CRM (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, sabiendo autogestionarse y coordinar los diferentes interlocutores involucrados Mentalidad analítica y orientada a la experimentación y a los resultados Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de manera efectiva Pasión por mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en marketing digital y dentro del mundo del bienestar
