We recruit MBA Summer Associates from across the major universities in Japan to participate in a 4-week summer internship program as a hands-on introductory experience to the industry and craft of consulting as well as Gartner itself.
We are look to work with MBA Summer Associates who are technology and business thought leaders who can combine the power of Gartner research, data and tools with your own experience and learnings through your MBA program to support us in driving a differentiated value proposition to our clients in Japan and on-the-ground support to help clients move confidently from insight to action.

What you will do.
You will be part of a project team of other MBA Summer Associates and Gartner members, working closely with our top consultants to define how to drive better and stronger consulting services in an increasingly digital and global market landscape.
Your work will give you exposure to Gartner’s industry and practice experts, comprehensive technology research, data and tools, as well as our award-winning culture.
You’ll experience what it’s like to work at Gartner and start building the skills and relationships that would enable your success going forward.
What you will need.
