MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT

In this respect, we contribute positively to the development of the communities that we work in and to provide our employees the support an opportunity to grow professionally and personally in each project, wanting them to feel as an integral part of the Company.We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Mechanical Superintendent based in our offices of Madrid with relocation to South Africa.Overview of the PositionMision:Assist with the Mechanical Superintendent in the planning, design, organisation and supervision of the construction of the mechanical part.Main functions:Assistance in closing mechanical assembly subcontracts (measurements, price review, specifications).Control of the progress of the installation of the structure and foundations.Organisation and review of the work of mechanical erection subcontractors.Preparation of weekly progress reports for the different mechanical work units (foundations, assembly and modules).Updating the engineering drawings by CAD (As built), if necessary.Confirm the invoices of the different subcontractors.Control the arrival of the structure and supervise its distribution on site.Control that the different teams of workers associated with the mechanical part take the appropriate safety measures during the execution of the work.Requirements:Professional training in mechanicsDesirable – Mechanical EngineeringEnglish C1Experience:Three years of experience in the construction of photovoltaic plants performing the functions described.Other requirements:Knowledge of Excel, Word and Autocad, user level.Regular interlocutors:Site Manager.Supervisors.Subcontractors.What do we offer?Contract: Permanent, after the trial period established by lawFree medical insurance for the holder and subsidised for direct family members.Life insurance.Subsidised childcare voucher in the amount of €50 per month combined with flexible remuneration.Birthday off if it falls on Monday to Friday.Work on relevant projects with large national and international clients.Dynamic and rewarding environment for professional developmentGransolar Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
