Cluster Media Lead Mars Wrigley - South EuropeTHE JOB:The role can be based in Barcelona, Belgrade or Milano. The main purposes of the role are:Develop & own the annual brand communications execution plan (tactical campaigns) for the South Europe cluster across Paid, Owned & Earned (OEP) touchpoints, supported by the cluster portfolio teams, the media agency & Regional Media/ Brand&Content team.Drive improved ROI across total A investments across the South Europe cluster maximising the value. Context & Scope:This media leader will be responsible for developing and managing the executional comms plans across paid and owned media, content & data with the objective of implementing the cluster's data-driven integrated communication plans - ranging from brand awareness through to engagement and conversion. You will work with the Regional Media, Brand & Content and eCom teams and local Cluster stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of integrated brand plans, social and community management activities and key retailers. Your final goal is to ensure the plans are driving incremental NCV and profitability via the targeted activities, we implement across the cluster.This role will own the SE cluster T&L plan supporting the regional/ global T&L agenda. They will also lead key strategic projects on behalf of the regional media team. The media lead has a critical responsibility of managing the total A budget for the South Europe cluster and driving visibility for both the Cluster LT & regional team. What will be your Key responsibilities?Using the regional annual comms strategies, develop the annual brand media (OEP) executional plans to be aligned with the regional cell/ media teams & signed off by the South Europe Cluster LT.Develop culturally relevant executional comms plans ensuring the latest media & tech landscape learnings are considered.
