Media Production Facilities Junior Executive – Commercial Media Department.Dorna WSBK Organization is the leading company of the World Superbike Championship. It is part of Dorna Group based in Spain since 1988. WorldSBK still going strong after more than thirty years of competition and remains at the top end of the international motosport calendar. The world's top motorcycle manufacturers understand how important the WorldSBK Championship is for their business and brand: over the last 31 years WorldSBK has evolved significantly and whilst it continues to provide entertainment and excitement, it has become a high-performance shop window for the manufacturers.Currently the Company needs to fill a temporary vacancy (maternity leave) for the position of Media Production Facilities Junior Executive in its Commercial Media Department (Barcelona office).Qualifications:Degree in audiovisual communication, Media production or events management.Experience in TV Production AND/OR Content Management and distribution OR Media relations OR Contents planning.Interest in audiovisual technology, latest trends, digital tools, and content platforms.Interest in WorldSBK and sports media market.Fluent or native English and Spanish. Others like Italian, French or German will be a plus.Driving license and willingness to travel.Well-organized and pro-active person.Tasks:Manage media teams credentials process and guest passes.Assist media teams needs onsite.Send information related to the events and live programCoordinate technical facilities provided by Dorna and content distribution.Coordinate rider interviews.Manage the distribution of Dorna’s content’s catalogue (interviews, technical features, highlights, documentaries, etc.) among media partners, teams, circuit promoters.Send to media partners different information and data about the events and notify any Running Order changes during the live feed.Coordinate footage requests, content production, social media events for Sponsor use, involving commercial negotiations. Prepare agreements/contracts for rights/footage provision, if needed, in connection with the legal department, and coordinate the production with the contents/production department. Tools:Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, PPT, etc), Slack, Confluence, Mailchimp.Dorna is an inclusive company and guarantees respect for the diversity of its employees.
