They will assist in the growth of a medical information department in the service provider industry. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance is also an advantage.Responsible for handling medical information enquiries in English and Swedish Responsible for pharmacovigilance activities, such as initial intake of adverse eventsTo provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers including healthcare professionals and patients as well as assisting the pharmaceutical clients’ internal departments with queries where required. This includes acting as a call handling agent as part of the Medical Information dedicated call center;To prepare responses to enquiries based on research in the literature and collaboration with physicians both internally and with pharmaceutical client internal departments, if applicable;To participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 enquiry handling serviceQualificationsAn undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.Customer service experience is an advantageFluency in both English and SwedishAdvanced knowledge of MS Word and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsIndependent problem solving and decision-making skillsProcess oriented and critical thinkingResponsible approach to work dutiesAdditional InformationWhy PrimeVigilanceWe prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human-centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.To succeed we must work together with a human first approach.
