Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, rigorous and innovative Consulting Senior Manager to join our team focused on low carbon projects. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of methane management frameworks. This position requires a strong experience in delivering consulting services with a deep technology background. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of a consulting practice focused on methane emissions management, from strategy to execution.Define, structure, and implement strategies and methodologies for the identification, quantification, and mitigation of methane emissions, aligned with OGMP 2.0 standards. Ensure client certification according to OGMP 2.0, ISO and other relevant international standards.Develop a strong commercial strategy to offer the service to existing customers and explore new markets. Create high-quality materials for commercial presentations. Build and maintain client relationships, offering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.Build and guide the team in implementing emissions management systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate results and proposals to clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.Requirements:Academic background: Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or similar fields.Strong experience in consulting services, in a top-tier firm (Big Four or similar). Desirable track record in energy or environmental consulting. Proven ability to develop consulting services from scratch (clients and/or practice) and lead teams to excellence. Ability to understand and discuss on materials and technologies with technical content. Ability to deal with and reconcile data sourced from different technologies. Strategic thinking to innovate and create customized solutions for clients.Compelling commercial profile, with the ability to identify, create, lead and close business opportunities. Creativity and attention to detail in preparing presentations and commercial materials, ensuring high standards of quality.Project management skills for complex projects, with the ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines.Results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very high fluency in English, ability to communicate and negotiate at an international level.We are offering:Competitive salary depending on level of experience.- First level international Projects.- Multidiscipline and multicultural enviroment- Flexible timetable from Monday to Friday (remote work 2 days per week)
