HCL Tech’s Microsoft Business Applications Practice - (MBAP) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer to join their award-winning and growing team. You will work with the client technical users and architects to develop world class integrations inbound and outbound for our D365 F&SCM Projects. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer is responsible for technical development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM technical Solutions while working closely with both the functional team and customer. The role will require you to take a hands-on approach in designing and leading the technical implementation of Dynamics products, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbility to Lead offshore & Onshore development teams effectively in a diverse environmentOwn project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans); Take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projectsAdhere to industry and corporate development best practices and ensure that these are adhered to; advise customer on these best practicesCreate and review technical specification / integration design documentationOrganise, review and approve Development estimatesCustomize and configure the system according to business requirementsDesign and develop interfaces from/to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCMDesign, develop, review and test customized code Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCMDevelop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagementsFacilitate technical workshops and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to drive a client to decisionsIdentify client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvementManage and deliver small projects independently and can work productively un-monitoredMentor developers and technical consultantsOwnership of technical specification/integration design documentation and Technical Architecture DocumentationDrive quality and consistency within the company and champion the use of the Proven Process methodology; Ensure methodology is adhered to on all projectsInput into the technical solution design and architecture including clear visibility of transition from as-is solution landscape to to-be solution landscape through delivery and ownership of solution overview diagramsAbility to lead the approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities; Leads technical elements of integration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutionsMentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectivenessComfortable participating and leading pre-sales engagements from a technical perspectiveAssist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirementsAbility to work alongside data migration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities; Leads functional elements of data migration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions; Owns the overall configuration and gold build of the solution being implementedQualifications and SkillsetsProficient/Skilled at X++ development.Proficient/skilled in LCS components/Release process / Pipeline design and deploymentProficient/Skilled at Azure Logic App DevelopmentProficient/Skilled at Power Apps/DataVerse DevelopmentProficient/Skilled at Power Automate DevelopmentProficient/Skilled at T SQL scripting/developmentKnowledge and use of Azure functions and service bus would be desirableKnowledge of Synapse link / Data Fabric updates would be desirableExperience of log analytics and error management is a prerequisite.At least 3 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCMExhibit HCL Guiding PrinciplesExperienced in Version control using GIT and TFVC as well as deployment and branching patternsSolid Microsoft platform Software or IT experienceExtensive experience as either a developer or integration lead with AX or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCMExperienced in the use of Microsoft DevOps to manage project deliverablesExcellent verbal and written communicationAdvanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and VisioAbility to work remotely and on customer site.
