We achieve this with our revolutionary, sustainable cleaning and hygiene technologies.National Business Development Manager HoReCaWe are looking for someone who can develop and nurture relationships within the B2B market and has a proven track record of securing new business, coupled with the ability to deliver on promises.As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic growth of Diversey's portfolio in Spain, which includes chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment, and cleaning machinery. This will involve business development through direct or indirect routes to market. Your primary focus will be identifying and winning opportunities with new potential large clients, in collaboration with colleagues. You will create a new business funnel and develop detailed strategic account plans, ensuring a smooth handover to a key account manager upon successful deal closure.This position is pivotal within a rapidly expanding team. If you are passionate about sustainable business practices, we invite you to join us!Key Responsibilities:Develop leads for regional or national accounts through various channels such as contacts, trade fairs, and meetings.Build a robust pipeline focused on key customers and segments, and maintain it in Salesforce.Win qualified opportunities to drive company growth, overseeing capital expenditure investments.Collaborate with the Head of Business Development Management (BDM), Head of Key Account Management (KAM), and Inside Sales team to prepare proposals.Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and advocate for Diversey's offerings.Utilize remote sales tools and encourage service teams to use remote service tools for efficient service delivery.The Ideal Candidate will have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B, and Corporate Accounts (preferably in HoReCa).A winning and growth-oriented mindset with high confidence and ambition.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.Valid driver's license.Based in Barcelona, Madrid, or the Andalucia region.Our Offer:Competitive salary + bonus.Company car according to company policy.Pension and private healthcare scheme.Continuous learning opportunities and wellbeing programs.Exclusive discounts and various other benefits.Opportunity to work with a growing professional company
